Right now you are hiring separate subs to do every aspect of work to finish your homes. One sub does drywall, another painting, and yet another trim carpentry. You oversee each sub on the job and you are responsible to schedule them in order. All this requires time, paper work and did I mention time. You are happy to do all this because you save $$ by hiring your own subs and in fact that is what a builder does, manage subs. But what if you could hire a dependable, professional job supervisor who did all this for you? Better yet, what if he worked for free?
This is where we come in. We specialize in taking homes “from drywall forward”. For example, let’s say you pay X per board for drywall, X per square foot for carpentry, and X per square foot for painting. Now let’s say you hire us instead to take the job “from drywall forward”. You pay us the same price you are paying your subs now, only your price includes the management, experience, and organization of a job supervisor. Often your costs end up being lower because we can give discounts for bulk work. You sign one contract up front and get one invoice when we are totally finished. Really, why would you not do this?
